Play in Pulaski County 2025

The 2025 PCT Fundraiser Brought Fun, Connection, and Momentum to Pulaski County.

It’s not just a hashtag.

And it’s never just a tagline.

It’s the heart of everything Pulaski County Tribe stands for.

On June 21st, PCT supporters came together for our 2025 Play in Pulaski County fundraiser, hosted at the Knights of Columbus in Winamac. From the moment the doors opened to the final music note, the evening was full of energy, generosity, and shared vision.

A Night of Purpose and Play

The purpose of this annual event goes beyond having a good time (though there was plenty of that). It's about uniting around meaningful efforts to move Pulaski County forward.

This year’s fundraiser focused on raising funds for two big initiatives:

► A Community Amphitheater to host performances, programs, and gatherings

► A Creative Hub to provide space and support for creative expression, entrepreneurship, and learning

Funds were raised through ticket sales, VIP table reservations, live and silent auctions, and crowd-favorite raffles.

Thanks to the support of our community, we’re one step closer to making these visions a reality!

Guests enjoyed an evening of live music from Stone Jones and the Pipefitters and Lloyd Lavender, along with backyard-style games like cornhole, Jenga, washer toss, and card games.

  • Papa Farm Pizza served up stone-fired pies and other tasty bites

  • Sweet treats cooled guests down from The Patio

  • The beer and wine garden kept spirits high

  • Auctioneer Dewain Davis brought energy and momentum to the live auction

  • Laughter and community connection filled the night

Our VIP guests were treated to an elevated experience that included premium seating at Americana-inspired, summer-decorated tables, a Play in Pulaski County tote, and a thoughtful assortment of locally sourced snacks:

  • Sourdough Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies from Denno Backyard Homestead

  • Movie Theater Popcorn from Isis Theater

  • Coconut Chia Peanut Butter Bites by Brandi Larkin

The theme of the auctions was a celebration of all the ways to Play in Pulaski County. From hunting to gardening, painting to kayaking, there was something for everyone. The thoughtful mix of experiences and items highlighted the creativity of our donors and the beauty of life in Pulaski County.

Much Gratitude for Our Event Supporters

This night would not have been possible without the businesses, organizations, and individuals that stepped up to sponsor, partner, or donate. Their belief in the mission made every detail of the evening come to life.

We are grateful to every business, organization, and person who contributed to the success of this event. When you show up, great things happen!

Pulaski County Tribe is a 100% volunteer-led organization. We don’t have a large operating budget or steady financial backing. We rely on donations, grants, and this single annual fundraiser to support our work throughout the year.

Currently, many of our grant sources are frozen due to state and federal-level pauses, making this event our primary means of funding to carry forward big ideas and positive projects.

From artwork installations and public space enhancements to collaborative community conversations and beloved traditions like the Hometown Holiday Celebration, this event fuels the work that makes our county more connected, vibrant, and forward-moving.

Save the Date!

We’re already planning for next year and hope you’ll join us for another night of connection and camaraderie to fuel our community.

Save the Date - August 8, 2026! We’ll be back with more music, more memories, and more ways to support what makes Pulaski County special.

Thank you for showing up, bidding high, bringing friends, and believing in what’s possible when we come together!
