Have you ever visited another town, park, downtown, trail, event, or public space and thought, “Something like this could work in Pulaski County”?
Pulaski County Tribe wants to see what caught your eye.
PCT is launching Pulaski Possibilities, a simple idea-gathering campaign that invites residents, visitors, former residents, businesses, and organizations to share photos of ideas they have seen in other places.
The idea may be big or small. It may be recent or from years ago. It may come from a summer trip, a past vacation, a nearby town, a park, a downtown, an event, or a place you still remember because something about it worked well.
If it made a place feel more welcoming, useful, creative, connected, or memorable, PCT wants to see it.
How to Participate
Share a photo in the comments of a Pulaski Possibilities post on the PCT Facebook page, or email your photo idea to:

Each submitted idea will count as an entry into a monthly drawing for a local gift card.
What Kind of Photos Should People Share?
Pulaski Possibilities is open to many kinds of ideas.
Photos could show:
Benches, seating areas, patios, or shaded gathering spots
Murals, sculptures, signs, or public art
Park features, trail ideas, river access, or outdoor details
Family-friendly activities or play features
Creative storefronts, downtown details, planters, lighting, or alley improvements
Event ideas, market setups, music spaces, or community gathering features
Photo spots, welcome signs, wayfinding, or local history displays
Small touches that made a place feel more inviting
The photo doesn't need to show a large project. Sometimes a small detail can change how people experience a place.
Building on What We Already Have
The campaign asks people to look at the places they visit, notice what works, and imagine how a Pulaski County version could add to our towns, parks, trails, downtowns, events, public spaces, and gathering places.
The central question is simple:
Where could this fit in Pulaski County?
That question helps turn a photo into a starting point for future conversations.
Weekly Prompts Will Help Ideas Flow
PCT will share weekly Pulaski Possibilities prompts to help people think about different kinds of ideas.
Themes may include:
Gathering places
Parks, trails, river, and outdoor spaces
Public art and creative details
Signs, welcome features, and wayfinding
Family-friendly ideas
Downtown details
Events and shared experiences
Big dreams and small touches
The themes are only prompts. All ideas are welcome.
From Photos to Future Conversations
PCT will collect ideas during the campaign and print selected photos for a Pulaski Possibilities wall at the PCT Creative Hub.
The idea wall will give people a way to see what others have noticed, add thoughts, and imagine future possibilities together.
PCT also plans to share campaign feedback with local officials, nonprofits, businesses, organizations, and partners who may be able to help shape future projects, partnerships, grants, or community efforts.
Sharing an idea doesn't
mean a project is approved or planned. It helps start conversations and gather inspiration.
By submitting a photo, participants confirm they have permission to share it and allow PCT to repost or print it as part of the campaign.
A Simple Way to Help Shape What Comes Next
Pulaski Possibilities starts with one photo and one question.
What have you seen somewhere else that could inspire something here?
Maybe it is a place to sit, a sign that helped you find your way, a mural that made you stop, a park feature your kids loved, a downtown detail that made a street feel alive, or a gathering space that brought people together.
Those ideas matter because they help us see Pulaski County with fresh eyes.
Pulaski Possibilities is one more way PCT is working with residents, businesses, organizations, and local partners to cultivate creativity, culture, connection, civic pride, and a stronger sense of place.
