On Sunday, November 23, 2025, Meadow Springs Manor in Francesville became the backdrop for a holiday experience designed to be savored, simple, and shared.Â
A crisp late November day, sunshine over open fields, and a rural setting welcomed families, friends, and neighbors to the 5th Annual Hometown Holiday Celebration, hosted by Pulaski County Tribe. It was a place to slow down and make holiday memories.Â
Guests entered through the main hall and were immediately wrapped in the spirit of the season. Seasonal music filled the air as vendors from near and far lined the aisles, offering handcrafted goods and unique gifts, alongside hands-on craft activities to create and take.
After capturing a festive photo with the jolly man himself or at the winter photo scene, guests could grab lunch from the food truck or food bar, or enjoy free popcorn, pumpkin ice cream, or bottled water while listening to the sounds of the season performed by the Winamac High School and Middle School band students.Â
By the fireplace, Mrs. Claus hosted cozy story time, drawing in the young and young at heart for a cozy moment amid the buzz of activity.
From there, guests continued their exploration through the Celebrations room, where the Grinch held court with Cindy Lou Who. Visitors took fun photos, enjoyed face painting, and created another craft before picking up a few more gifts for their Christmas lists from the vendors in this space.
The sunny, rural outdoor backdrop made the next stop at HHC a merry one. A horse and buggy picked up riders and took them for a ride, bringing them back to enjoy the scenic barn area. Before heading into the barn to enjoy live Christmas carols, more crafts, and vendors, visitors could stop by the Heartland Church food truck for free hot cocoa and cookies. The space buzzed with conversation, creativity, and laughter.Â
Now in its fifth year, Hometown Holiday Celebration has become a holiday tradition for many in Pulaski County. The event brings together families, volunteers, performers, vendors, and partners to create an experience that offers something for all ages while supporting small businesses and local organizations.
Pulaski County Tribe is grateful to every volunteer, performer, vendor, and partner who helped make this day possible. Their time and generosity are what turn an idea into a meaningful community experience. #ittakesatribeÂ
