You'll enjoy fresh air, a friendly face (or two or three), good food, and a variety of activities. Panhandle Pathway

The Panhandle Pathway is a non-motorized, paved recreational trail, open to the public for use & enjoyment typically from sun up to sun down. Activities generally include walking, bicycle riding, jogging and rollerblading. Parking with nearby access to the trail includes the Winamac depot at the corner of Main & Logan Streets, Winamac, Indiana, Southside Winamac trailhead at the corner of County Road 150 South and U.S. 35 and the trailhead at the corner of Key and Railroad Streets in Star City, IN. For your safety and convenience, the trail is marked along the west side of the pavement with white mileage markers every one tenth (1/10) of a mile starting at the Winamac depot (00.0) and running south to the end of the trail (21.6 miles).
