PCT Bag Bingo
& Silent Auction 2021
Giggles, games, and gratitude filled the room during the first public Pulaski County Tribe fundraising event held on Thursday, October 28th. Guests enjoyed a fun-filled evening of bag bingo accompanied by a silent auction.
Fundraising is a key component of not-for-profit organization sustainability. PCT recognizes the need to pursue a variety of fundraising efforts to support our mission of revitalizing the communities within Pulaski County. It only comes second to membership. Without it, we are very limited in what we can do.

A part of revitalizing the communities incorporates activities for community members and guest enjoyment. So, we set out to combine fundraising with an entertaining event. After collaborating with various organizations, businesses, and community members, we decided to host Bag Bingo and a silent auction. We put our own spin on the traditional designer purse bingo by incorporating a variety of bag prizes and auction items suitable for various ages and genders.
The event was graciously hosted at One-Eyed Jacks Celebration Station and featured John Haschel as the emcee and Don Darda as the bingo caller. Laughter rang through the air as John and Don presented the items and interjected jokes and a small musical session with the harmonica and bazooka. We are so grateful for an evening of camaraderie and hubmled by the support of event sponsors, donors, and attendees. It truly does take a tribe and we are thankful!
It Takes a Tribe!
The PCT crew indeed worked hard to put on this event to support Pulaski County, but we had additional assistance beyond our sponsors and donors. There were people who stepped up and really helped us get it to the finish line and cheered us on along the way! These are family members and friends of PCT members, who wish to remain anonymous, who did this out of the kindness of their hearts! To them, this crew is indebted. We could not have put on such a great event without you! Our PCT Tribe is oh so grateful for our extended tribe!
